Most residents of Brooks know Jim Third – and know what he stands for. But if you don’t – here’s a little bit about him.
Jim has lived, and worked, in Brooks for over 40 years. He has raised his 2 children here, and has deep roots within the community. An active member of the Brooks Kinsmen, Jim has also volunteered as a coach for Brooks Minor Hockey, Baseball, and Lacrosse.
Jim has also volunteered his free time to the Big Country Oilmens Club, been auctioned off at the Prairie Girls Gala, and has donated his time to other causes in the city.
Jim wants what we all want – a beautiful and safe city that we are proud to call home. One that attracts new visitors and residents, but keeps the small town feel we love about Brooks. We want to see the city grow and prosper – but safely and logically. Jim is ready to represent you and your ideas at City Council. Reach out and let Jim know what is on YOUR mind for a better Brooks!
